Creates statutory subcommittees of the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice

This bill creates two new subcommittees for the Advisory Commission on the Administration of Justice. The first is the Subcommittee on Juvenile Justice. This Subcommittee will study and consider issues related to juvenile justice and will then evaluate, review, and submit a report to the Commission with recommendations on how to handle these issues. The second subcommittee that is created within this bill is the Subcommittee on Victims of Crime.
