Provides for the evaluation and establishment of the maximum speed on certain portions of State Route 159

img_3840_email.jpgThis bill establishes the State Route 159 Speed Reduction Zone to limit vehicular traffic to not more than 45 miles per hour on any portion of State Route 159 that: (1) is within the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area; (2) abuts or is immediately adjacent to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area; or (3) has been designated as a Scenic Byway or State Scenic Byway.
